As part of the Grant, ₹5.5 lakh has been specifically earmarked for Vipla Foundation, as identified by the Grant Maker, Mr. Anil Chawla. The remaining funds raised under the Grant will be allocated towards other eligible VDHM 2026 registered NPOs, in alignment with the donors preferred causes and subject to the applicable evaluation, due diligence and compliance processes.

Supporting Vipla Foundation
As specifically identified by the Grant Maker, ₹5.5 lakh from the Grant has been earmarked for Vipla Foundation. Part of the Grant will support Vipla Foundation in accordance with the purpose and activities agreed upon under the Grant, with the funds being managed and utilised in line with the applicable documentation, due diligence, and compliance requirements.

From gift to ground
A structured journey designed around transparency, due diligence and accountability.
Step 1
IDENTIFY THE SUPPORT
The donor identifies the cause they wish to support.
Step 2
CONTRIBUTION GOES TO LIF
Contributions towards the Grant are received and managed by the Lakshyaa Impact Foundation (LIF).
Step 3
IDENTIFICATION OF OTHER NPOs
For the remaining Grant amount, eligible VDHM 2026 registered NPOs will be considered based on the donor’s preferred causes.
Step 4
EVALUATION & DUE DILIGENCE
Depending on the chosen causes and applicable eligible criteria, NPOs will submit their proposals which will undergo the requisite due diligence and evaluation process to assess organisational strength, programme relevance, implementation capacity and the proposed use of funds.
Step 5
GRANT ALLOCATION
The Grant is allocated in accordance with the donor’s stated preferences, approved proposals and applicable compliance requirements.
Step 6
MONITORING & REPORTING
Supported NPOs remain responsible for implementation and reporting on the utilisation and impact of the Grant. LIF and Lakshyaa will facilitate appropriate monitoring and consolidated reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.

Lakshyaa Impact Foundation (LIF) does not sub-grant or transfer Grant funds directly to the bank accounts of participating NPOs. Any amount allocated in support of an NPO will be utilised and disbursed directly by LIF towards the agreed-upon activity, event, session, programme, project, or other approved purpose identified in consultation with the concerned NPO and in accordance with the applicable Grant terms. Accordingly, the Grant amount will not be transferred to the NPO's bank account for independent utilisation. LIF will directly undertake or make payments towards the approved activities and related expenses, while the supported NPO will be responsible for implementing, coordinating and reporting on the agreed activities and outcomes. This mechanism is intended to ensure appropriate utilisation, transparency, monitoring and accountability of Grant funds, while enabling the supported NPO to carry out the approved activities effectively.
