Over the last three decades, I've had the privilege of working at the intersection of policy, purpose, and people; helping shape CSR in India and collaborating with governments, corporates, and communities to design programmes that truly make a difference.

At the heart of my work, and my life, is a deep belief: real change happens when passion is channelled with purpose. That's what drives me professionally, and it's also what fuels my love for sport. As someone who has long found inspiration in athletics, I see distance running as more than a physical challenge. It's a journey of persistence, discipline, and heart - much like the work we do in development.

This year, I'm proud to see Lakshyaa join hands with the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2025 as the official Philanthropy Partner, in collaboration with Procam International, the pioneering force behind India's distance running movement. Through this platform, we hope to bring the same spirit of resilience and collaboration to the social impact space, where every NGO, corporate, and runner becomes part of something larger than themselves.
