PAN Card of the Organization
TAN Certificate
Annual Reports for the past 3 years
Financial Audit Reports for the past 3 years
Income Tax Returns for the past 3 years
Form CSR-1 (if keen to raise CSR funds)
FCRA Registration (if applicable)
Organization Website URL
All documents must be clear, legible, and in PDF format
Financial documents should cover consecutive years
Darpan report must be downloaded on registration day
